I run four different workshops in both traditional lead work and copper foiling.
All materials will be provided and you can take your completed piece home with you at the end of the day.

stained glass panel
Learn to make this contemporary stained glass panel using traditional techniques.
Chose form 3 designs, panel size will be 20 cm x 20 cm, and will stand on a windowsill on provided wooden legs.
You will learn all the stages of making a stained glass panel. From cutting and grinding glass, cutting lead and assembling the pieces together, soldering, cementing and finally polishing.
This class is suitable for beginners and you will have lots of help and attention throughout the day. I keep my class sizes small to ensure you have lots of guidance.
None of my workshops are suitable for pregnant women, those trying to conceive, or nursing mothers due to the use of lead.

tree spinners
Using the traditional methods for stained glass windows, in this workshop you will make 2 tree spinners. You will learn to cut glass to a template, cut lead, assemble, solder, cement and polish.
An enjoyable class suitable for beginners and intermediates.
9.30 - 3 pm £120 per person

glass wreaths
Come and make these seasonal wreaths using the copper foiling method. A relaxed few hours learning this traditional technique, the same method used to make 'Tiffany lamps'. The glass will already to be cut, you will learn to foil, solder and assemble. Choose to follow a template design or get creative, this is a great technique for individual expression. Make one for yourself or as a present. Gift vouchers also available.

forever flower stems
Create 2 forever flower stems in this fun, relaxed workshop. Using the copper foiling method, learn to foil, solder and assemble to make these lovely glass flower stems. The glass will be cut, ready for you to assemble.
